About Us

I'm CA Pranav Pratik Tulshyan, a practising Chartered Accountant who teaches CA Inter Advanced Accounting. I cleared all three CA levels in the first attempt — All India Rank 1 in CA Foundation, All India Rank 1 in CA Intermediate, All India Rank 5 in CA Final — and then spent years doing the accounting the syllabus describes: audit at EY, five years of accounting and reporting at Indian Oil, and a year at the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.

Where I have worked

• Mar 2016 – Mar 2019 · EY (articleship). Three years of audit assignments for Fortune 500 companies and one of India's largest metals and mining groups. Operationally heavy audits; the consolidation of 32 trial balances for a top metals and mining group; and the 2016 move from Indian GAAP (AS) to Ind AS for large listed companies.
• May 2019 – May 2024 · Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL). Five years in accounts and finance: SAP accounting, quarterly books closing, and the working and implementation of Ind AS 115 (revenue) and Ind AS 116 (leases).
• May 2024 – May 2025 · Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. One year as Assistant Director (Finance) at the Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell (PPAC).
• Since mid-2025 · Virtual CFO and AI. Virtual CFO work for D2C startups, and AI implementations including local LLMs and AI security automations.
• Since June 2026 · Practising Chartered Accountant. Holder of a Certificate of Practice, running my own CA firm.

Teaching

More than four years of dedicated teaching, thousands of CA students mentored. I teach CA Inter Advanced Accounting through VC Gurukul, Noida, and teach accounting and GST to working professionals through Newton of Accounts.

Consolidation, Ind AS, closing entries and audit checks are not abstract for me: I have done them for large companies. That is why I teach the concept first and then show how it looks in a real ledger, building from basics to the level ICAI examines.
