This section explains what information capranav.com collects, why, and how it's kept.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and phone number, given when you place an order or log in.
• Your delivery address, only if you order a printed book.
• A one-time login code (OTP) sent to your email when you sign in — this expires shortly after it's sent.
• A record of which purchased PDFs your account has access to.
• Any message you send through the contact form, along with the name and email you give with it.

What we don't collect

We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payments are handled directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway; capranav.com only receives confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your payment instrument details.

Why we collect it

To create and fulfil your order, confirm payment, grant access to a purchased PDF, deliver a printed book to the right place, log you in without needing a password, and reply to messages you send us.

Where it's stored

In Cloudflare D1, a database run by Cloudflare on the same infrastructure that serves this website. Login codes, session information, order records, and contact messages are all stored there.

Who we share it with

Only Razorpay (to process your payment) and Cloudflare (to host the site, store data, and send emails), and only as needed to provide the service you're using. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies

A single session cookie is set when you log in, used only to keep you signed in — this site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account information or stop contacting you at any time by emailing capranavpratiktulshyan@gmail.com. Records tied to a completed order may need to be kept for a reasonable period for accounting purposes even after such a request.

capranav.com is operated by CA Pranav Pratik Tulshyan, offering CA Inter Advanced Accounting courses, books, and related study material.

Your account

PDF access requires logging in with your email and a one-time code sent to you — there is no password to remember. Because anyone who can read that code can access your account, please keep your email account secure.

PDF access

A PDF you buy online can be read only inside the in-browser reader on this site, by design — it cannot be downloaded, printed, or copied from within the reader. This access is for your own personal study; sharing your login or the content with others isn't permitted.

Course access

Enrolling in a course gives you access to the live/recorded classes and materials described on the course page at the time you purchased, for your own personal use.

Pricing

Prices shown on the site can change at any time. The price that applies to your purchase is the one shown to you at checkout.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to circumvent the PDF reader's protections, resell or redistribute course or book content, or misuse the contact form or login system (for example, through automated spam or abuse).

No guaranteed outcome

This site's courses and books are study material intended to support exam preparation. Results depend on each student's own effort and circumstances, and no specific exam outcome is promised.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

PDF (online reading) access

Once access to a purchased PDF is granted, that purchase is final and non-refundable — access is instant, and the full content becomes available to you the moment payment is confirmed. If a payment was deducted but access was never granted, that's a genuine error on our end — contact us and we'll investigate and fix it.

Printed books

Printed books are shipped prepaid and are non-refundable once dispatched, except where a book arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement.

Course enrolment

Once your enrolment is confirmed and access to classes or materials has been granted, the purchase is final and non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate payment — contact us and we'll look into it.

Shipping Policy

What ships

Only the printed-book option involves physical shipping. PDF access and course access are delivered digitally — there's nothing to ship.

Where we ship

Currently within India only. If you're outside India and would like a printed copy, email us and we'll let you know if it can be arranged.

Cost

Shipping is already included in the printed price shown on the site — there's no separate shipping charge added at checkout.

Timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within a few business days of payment confirmation. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier used. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking & delivery issues

Once your book is dispatched, we'll reach out using the contact details you gave at checkout. If your delivery address was incorrect, or your order hasn't arrived when expected, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
